Estheisy Peña is a structural engineer by profession, but a runner by heart. Originally from the Dominican Republic and now based in Dubai, she is a passionate runner and community builder.
She has been involved in several running initiatives, including her time as Manager of the Running League of Dubai. Estheisy currently leads MeetNrun, a weekly social run in Dubai that welcomes runners of all levels, and is the founder of Pace Match (@pacematch.run), a unique singles running event that blends fitness and human connection, proving that running is more than a sport; it’s a lifestyle.
With five years of consistent running under her belt, Estheisy has completed four full marathons, including the iconic New York City Marathon. Her journey reflects both her discipline and her deep love for the sport.
With a marathoner’s mindset and an engineer’s precision, Estheisy is committed to building not just strong structures, but strong, supportive spaces where people feel connected, seen, and inspired to move.
