Fitness has always been a core part of my life—and it always will be. Like many, I juggle a busy career, family life, and everything in between, but I believe movement should never be optional—it’s essential.
With a background as an Aerobics, Step, and Circuit Class Instructor, and having completed the New York Marathon three times, fitness has shaped who I am today. While I no longer run long distances, I still make time for shorter runs, alongside my love for outdoor hiking and functional circuit training.
I enjoy exploring different fitness classes and approaches, but running remains one of the simplest and most powerful ways to support both physical and mental wellbeing.
As a mum, I’m passionate about encouraging my children to stay active and embrace sport—we’ve even taken part in running events together, and I look forward to many more.
Too often, people in their forties step away from fitness—but I’m here to show that it’s never too late. Age is just a number, and you can always restart your journey, rebuild strength, and feel your best again. Joining a fitness or running community can be a game changer—not just for your health, but for connection and confidence too.
