She Dares Run Club, formally ‘The Mum Run Club’ was established in 2024 to show women that no one is limited and give women the platform to show up and run no matter what season of life they are in. A supportive and friendly community which provide not only coached run sessions but women’s health educational events and various socials along the way. With buggy friendly routes across Dubai, smaller children are welcome to join the fun too.
